Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is incorporated into our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Upload, analyze, or transmit any illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights)
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or AI models
- Use the Service for high-volume automated queries, competitive analysis, or to train competing AI models
- Upload contracts containing malware or attempt to compromise platform security
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit outputs without written consent
- Use the Service to generate reports for contracts involving illegal activities
2. AI-Specific Restrictions
Do not rely on reports as legal advice (see Terms Section 2)
- Do not input highly sensitive personal data (e.g., medical, biometric) unless necessary and lawful
- You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded documents comply with all laws
3. Enforcement
We may monitor usage, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts for violations, and report illegal activity to authorities. We have no obligation to pre-screen content.
